There are several possible causes for streaks and lines, including clogged ink cartridge vents or scratched paper. The following steps can help solve this problem.

Step2: Use a new ink cartridge
There are several possible causes for leakage.
A little bit seeped from the cover gap can be directly wiped and continue using it. Seriously ink leakage is necessary to replace the cartridge.
Continue using the ink cartridge if there is a leakage from the blue protective tape covering the nozzles only for black ink cartridge. There is no influence on the printout.
For the color ink cartridge, removing the protective tape, gently touch the nozzles with tissue, make sure there is no color mix, then install it.
